  • Strict Flammability Protocols: Classified as an A3 highly flammable hydrocarbon. Technicians must utilize specialized, spark-free tools, ensure proper ventilation, and strictly observe safety guidelines governing flammable gases.

     

  • No Drop-In Substitutions: Strictly restricted to systems purpose-built and certified for R-290. Never charge into equipment designed for non-flammable or alternative refrigerants.
Application method

🛠️ Application Method

  1. Ensure your HVAC system is specifically designed for R-32 refrigerant.
  2. Wear appropriate PPE and work in a well-ventilated area due to mild flammability (A2L rating).
  3. Connect your charging hose to the cylinder’s left-hand threaded valve using a compatible adapter if needed.
  4. Charge the system carefully according to the manufacturer's specifications and pressure guidelines.
  5. Once finished, tightly close the valve and store the cylinder upright in a cool, dry location.

⚠️ Warning: R-32 is not a retrofit gas. Use only with systems that are approved and labeled for R-32. Improper use may result in damage or hazards.
